It says Walmart for the 20oz in the rules but once you get the redeem email Food Lion shows as a "Choose Where to Redeem" option, I selected Walmart.

You may have to do a little exploring depending on your device.
Three household members including me did it via three different devices, my iPad 12 phone, Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite tablet and extremely outdated operating system 6-7 year old iPad. After we got the 20oz offer we turned the mics back off as we do not plan to keep entering the sweeps the next 3+ Months.
