this is for something like oh i grated my $18 a lb parm wedge and want to seal it, then use it tomorrow, seal it, use it 4 days from now, seal it... the idea is you can do it 10x and then do it again after washing with something new. there are versions designed to be cut and resealed but they get smaller and smaller...
