Yeah, but that can be good as they pack down small and dry fast but are still 100% cotton and fairly durable. Outside of that, the Amazon Basics cabana beach towels, for example, feel like 3x as much fabric (and pack down much larger) and hold way more water compared to these target towels (from my experience using both to soak up large wet messes). I'd recommend these at this price - I am going to grab a couple more myself.
Btw, the 2 packs are the same price per towel and offer more color options.
