was looking for a deal on protein powder. Went to get 20% off coupon with S&S and using need it sooner ended up paying $32.61 vs expected $40 on S&S order
Seems like coupons are double stacking at the moment

Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
This is totally not a good deal for anyone looking for only protein.
For MM 100% Whey, check this out. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0106ZJ4R8 It also have 20% S&S coupon too, but the price is higher than this one though --
Lmao this is not like a mass gainer "bulk" powder. Not even close. Mass gainer is like 1200 cal, 200+carbs and 50g of protein.
Guys, look at the nutrition label. It takes TWO scoops to get 32 grams of protein. HALF of this tub is maltodexterin and other fillers. You are really getting less than 2.5 pounds of protein. Not a good deal.
I bought the Isopure 7.5lb deal for $97 earlier. But now i'm debating this as i'm super skinny and have a crazy fast metabolism, so the calories in this would be better?
Half the protein...the other half is filler garbage.
Also, the last time I tried this a few years ago it wrecked my GI. I had an upset stomach for the next hour or two after anytime I had this.
The only brand I won't have even for free.
DO NOT GET THIS HIGHLY PROCESSED, LOW PROTEIN CONTENT GARBAGE.

Yeah, the calories for protein are pretty terrible. If you just want something cheap and bulking then by all means but the typical person does not need extra calories in their diet. If you count like I do this is a pretty terrible protein for a calorie product, especially for powder. Might as well just eat bars that taste way better or a shake for half the calories and the same protein.
The deal is decent but this is not the best protein by any means unless you are trying to bulk and don't care about the added calories that are not from protein.
Agreed, if you are not counting calories/macros you aren't really taking your nutrition seriously. At that point, one doesn't need to be supplementing in most cases. Get a different product
$0.03222 per gram of protein is not a good deal. plus the protein to calorie is not good for a protein powder, but muscle milk tastes better than most, probably because it's cut with a bunch of stuff.

I'll echo others. This seems like a great price/lb, but I track deals based on the price/gm protein, and this is not good. I just snagged some MyProtein that was 50% off a few days ago, and it was $0.019.../gm. because each 32g serving is 2 scoops=70gm, this comes out to $0.03.../gm, over 50% more expensive. I seem to recall that the MM protein flavor is not good, but I don't remember exactly.
Is the deal still going? I just go off of pre Covid prices. My protein whey could be had for about $5 per 1lb or maybe slightly less. Isolate could be had for about $5.50 per 1lb.

Forget whey isolate, even decent protein concentrates these days are typically ~70%+ protein. Not a good deal in terms of protein amount.
It's more like bulking blend

I do this math to compare and pick the lowest number...
Price / (Protein per serving x Servings per container) = Cost per gram of protein.
