I just hope its fresh. Lavazza that burned in Usa - usually trash. But it does not decline in taste that fast as light roast.

Love the Water and Woods flavor, a bright morning coffee with aroma and taste and no bitterness.
Used to be able to buy smaller sizes - like 1 lb of beans - but not recently.
This 4 lb bag we got last month for about $28 (discounted from $35) so the price point of $20 is a great buy.
Going to get the Pacific Rim flavor this time.

I use light and medium roast for espresso but most folks frown on it as it lacks the body and bitterness that people expect

Last time I bought beans from Amazon, BBD was a month from the day I received it. Meaning it was probably roasted appx 11 months ago lol

I ordered the Pacific rim, they sent me a 4 lb bag of espresso beans. I'm pretty sure I don't like espresso, but I guess I'll be giving it a shot.

Since you can't return this item, I had to chat with customer service and they just gave me a refund and I get to keep 4 lb of coffee that I'm pretty sure I don't like. Amazon sucks at this lately.

On the plus side, the sell-by date is January of 2026
