As for the 90s, these will be too heavy for most people to use efficiently. You'd have to rep 225lbs+ bench press with good form in order to use these for dumbbell presses, and even higher for shoulder presses. But they would be a good option for farmers carries and split squats. If it works for the Rock, it will work for you. You could also use one of these for dumbbell overhead press to work on your triceps. Or for goblet squats. Then pick up a lighter pair for biceps/triceps/press work and you are pretty much covered.
They do have a strong smell, like any of the cheap Chinese made weights (i.e. CAP). The ends are made out of rubber, there is no steel core. So they are slightly bigger than most weights. It is fine for the garage but I would not plan to use them indoors for 2-3 months or so. After that, the smell goes away. Some people have reported that leaving it out in the sun helps, and so does washing it with chemicals, but that was not an option for me over the winter. They are perfectly fine now and no longer smell bad. Hope this helps.

Buy two then
Good Lord help the delivery driver on this one.
Just be aware you are subject to Walmart and delivery shenanigans if you take advantage. I decided to buy from a local used fitness place and pay a little more.
Also, these will stink like the ripest rubber you've ever smelled. Wash with dish soap and leave in a room with some UV light. It eventually will go away.

Just a note that shipping with walmart and heavier weights can be a big chore. It usually takes a couple tries to get one that hasnt been banged up. I've done it mainly for heavier kettlebells.
I like to have fixed weight for heavier stuff. I do just mad spotters now though. I use power blocks rarely but anything heavy 70+ I like something I can drop. A nice prostyle dumbbell you can adjust w an Allen key is nice because it can grow with you and if you're using 90-100 lbs you probably don't need to adjust often. Just more reps and sets hit 15-20 then go up
