I just replaced a battery on my cyberpower and it was only $23 shipped from amazon. It was an easy swap too.

If you want to charge your laptop during a power outage, how would long would it last for the laptop? Thus you want to continue using your laptop while plugged in. So say the laptop battery is at 100% as well.

I know it depends on how much power it releases. So with a dell xps 15 9520 with laptop battery at 100% and then I plug it into this UPS when UPS is at 100% and no power so power outage, how long can the UPS power on before it goes out of power?

I got to assume it can last an hour or so on this? Maybe even 1.5 hours? I am talking about only powering on the laptop and no external monitors and no modem/router.

Which cyberpower do you have? Which battery did you replace it with from Amazon? Don't you need to buy 2 batteries for it?

Sump pump uses AC motor which requires pure sine wave. Unfortunately, this UPS uses simulated sine wave when on battery.

You may want to check the NUT compatibility list if your NAS is *nix based. Although I was able to use a generic usb driver for an older smaller unlisted cyberpower unit I have as backup for my proxmox server and modem.
I use a Synology NAS

For sump pump you need something like Pump Spy or 2000Watt inverter connected to a marine battery

I have replaced batteries in a UPS before and pretty much every time when they die they have swelled up so much I cannot get them out so if you do buy replacement batteries check for signs of swelling and at the first sign replace them.

Just get an ecoflow station, that's what I've switched to since last year, and in outages it has kept my modem+routers running for hours.

the prices of these stations have come down enough now that they're a better alternative

Pretty good deal, I just picked up a similar size APC, otherwise I'd be jumping on this.

Thanks for the heads up, will be going tomorrow and will keep an eye out, the app says there is stock at my warehouse.Just had my battery on my UPS run out (an APS 550), will grab this instead of ordering a new battery if I find it.
Check if this works as a replacement.

Last week it was available for this price at both Westbury and Oceanside NY warehouse locations but I'm not sure if it's still available. I saw it at Oceanside and someone on reddit posted that it was available at Westbury.

good deal if you can get it. I have one (bought before this deal). Also has battery monitoring software if that is something you want.
