I found this deal rather randomly...if you scroll down the home page, you'll see the promotion about halfway down. What's nice about this deal (buy $50, get $10 free) is that you can stack it with other Ace Hardware deals.

Egifter still has $50 Ace GC for $40, limit 5 which is a better deal unless you need more than $250.

Used the deal above earlier this week on a tool set. At first I tried egifters. They rejected my order 4 times. I ended up getting them straight from ace rather than the third party website. Toolset was 120, so it all balanced the same with spending 100 cash for a 120 dollar toolset. Signing up for their rewards and downloading their app gave me an extra 10 bucks in reward points. Egifters seems legit, but for whatever reason they wouldn't process the order even attempting it with 2 different cards. Ace had my gift cards in email immediately

Got two $50 ($100) for a total balance of $120. Stacked it with my $25 off $125 member offer to get a nice discount on a Dewalt work bench I'd been waiting to go on sale. Thanks OP for the heads up. I never pay attention to gift card deals.

I'm surprised that you got a discount that worked for some kind of name brand. I support Ace over the "big box" stores, but their promos are so annoying and frustrating to use, because the exclusions seem to be almost everything.

I hear you! I was pleasantly surprised this workbench was eligible, likely because they exclude power tools that they sell at still margins, which this table was not a power tool. I think we forget that Ace is a locally owned franchised, which means local stores have limited buying power to hold the same deals as the big boxes. They usually only participate in vendor promo's such as Buy More Save More with Dewalt and Milwaukee.

I only choose them to buy my consumables like drill bits and screws/bolts. Their wood stock and hand tools are way too expensive, sadly.

Thanks for this. I spent $160 plus tax for the $200 Ego multihead with edger attachment.

Be careful. My local ACE would not accept a digital gift card (reward from a cash back site) because they had been burned in the past. Get a physical one.

Does anyone know if Ace has any limits to the number of gift cards you can use on one transaction or exclusions? I've got my eye on a new EGO mower. Was thinking I could buy cards from egifter and ace for a combined total of $70 off (if I'm mathing correctly).

Can confirm 10 works. I didn't try to push it further than that.
