There were three available for shipping in my area earlier today, but didn't pull the trigger. Most Android/Google TV OS TV's on the cheaper side tend to be slow and get worse over time....if this was a Roku based TV I might have ordered it for the 2nd bedroom. Sold out now so that ended up making final the decision for me.

I'll take slow over roku hijacking the tv to force motion smoothing on which you can not turn off.
I'll also take slow over some roku customers now seeing unskippable ads.
you can always go straight to an HDMI and add your own smart of choice to the tv.
