There's nothing wrong with sea oils. You can choose to not eat them, but unless you are dramatically heating and letting them cool and reheating them over and over there's no real health issues with eating them.

I heard so much about seed oils in the late 1980s from hippies, and now I'm hearing about them again from fitness Bros and anti-science people ( I'm not saying you're either of those, I'm just saying I'm hearing about them a lot again) and I still don't understand where you get the idea that "seed oils are bad for you."

And this weird emphasis on "inflammation" based on eating certain things is also puzzling - it's some weird unproven theory that people are taking as the truth now. I think people are just looking for "that one easy trick" that will somehow unlock perfect health, instead of facing the fact that really what has to happen is you have to eat pretty helpfully and you have to exercise at least moderately, and those are not simple to do.

Anyway, this still seems decent, protein drinks at about a dollar apiece are very hard to find .

S&S said it would give me a 25% discount on today's shipment but only took 5% off at checkout. Still a decent deal coming to about $1 a piece.

I'm ordering some because of the price, but I really wish they would remove the seed oils from the protein drinks. I love my Atkins Cafe Latte, but I know the seed oils cause inflammation - and protein shakes cause constipation as well... just found that bit of info out from my nurse wife.

Anyone have good luck with these? Noticed a few of the recent reviews posted photos showing they arrived expired (after BB date). One was delivered in March 2025 with best before in June 2024. Does Amazon refund if that happens or they make you ship it back?

You can't get a refund on food items like this just using the website. I've had good luck getting refunds by reaching out to the text, chat and AND requesting a call back. The agents are able to do it, but there's no way for you to do it yourself on the website.
