I was able to pay with my HSA (by adding my HSA debit card to Amazon Prime) and somehow not having to pay NY sales tax while purchasing through Ekrin's website via "Buy with prime" button.
I checked the corresponding Amazon page (https://www.amazon.com/Ekrin-Athletics-B37v2-Massage-Gun/dp/B0DFMPNXJ3?th=1 [amazon.com]) and there is a $50 off coupon but it charges NY sales tax.
