Are the XM6 going to be worth waiting for? I don't really want to spend for them but my kid broke my XM5s and I want to get something soon.

Children are the worst Wink. I don't know what they could do to improve upon the xm5 (battery life?) but I wouldn't use the xm5 for exercising. Excessive sweating/moisture ruins some of the functions (i.e. taking headphones off and music/noise stops). I was going to upgrade to 2 pair of xm5 but once I found this out I kept my old xm3 for workouts and the xm5 just for home use.

XM6 is releasing soon – yes, but it's going to be at least $ 400 so how is that going to be slick?

Also get the refresh XM5 for $179 at secondipity, basically new.

Always had the Bluetooth calling issue with Sony's xm3, 4 and 5 as well, where the other person hears background conversation more than my voice, this is likely a Bluetooth limitation/settings issue but haven't had the same issue with my Bose 700 or the current Ultra

I've had numerous calls with the XM5, while intentionally walking by someone mowing their lawn and using a leaf blower. The person on the other end did not notice. I've also done a voice recording as well in a similar environment and it's leagues better than AirPod Pros.
