Looking at the nutrient profile, I'm not convinced this is a good deal. It doesn't seem to offer much substance. Personally, I prefer spending a bit more on LMNT and a high-quality multivitamin, which together provide significantly better benefits.
This just seems like their marketing team is doing a great job of getting people to buy expensive water flavoring with very little "key nutrients".

I don't know where you're seeing those reviews because "many" reviews on Amazon like the taste (81% 4 and 5 star reviews). Having purchased this multiple times, the lemon taste is a little strong but you get to used to it (or just add a little less than normal).

It dont taste good, but its good enough for hydration especially the high potassium. Prefer Santa Cruz paleo electrolytes but thats double the price

If you're eating salads and avocados still this isn't a whole lot of potassium you need 4,700 mg total per day. Still overall it looks pretty decent and if you wanted to spike it up with more potassium you could buy a bulk bag it's not that expensive.

I have this exact flavor and use it after all my workouts. It tastes like how you would expect powdered lemonade mix to taste. Considering there is no sugar, I think the flavor is good.
Would I want to drink a pitcher of this? No.
Is it good to chug down a glass after a workout? Yes.
