All of these titles (except The Ruins) are also in the FAH Paramount Scares 3 for $12 Mix & Match deal (https://athome.fandango.com/conte...atch/50408). However, that means that you're buying them in HDX, whereas FanFlix gives you UHD if it is available.
8 of the 9 HD/HDX-only titles are in the 3/$12 sale (again, except The Ruins).
I haven't seen anyone getting upgrades from the Paramount Scares Mix & Match, but maybe it could happen. Red Eye did not upgrade for me (at least not yet…). So if you just want HDX titles (or don't care about the HDX quality for other titles) & want 3 of them, the FAH deal is slightly better.

What do you think the odds of Vudango upgrading them later? I hear a lot of the 5 for 15 ones were auto upgraded like a week later.

There have been Paramount upgrades in the past, but I haven't seen any specifically about this sale. Don't count on it, but it's certainly a possibility.

Lionsgate sucks. They could offer this through their digital redeem and you can choose apple or fandango, or provide the deal to fanflix.

That was the joy that was fanflix for quite some time.
