Not for engine starting. Great for a house battery for lights, fish finder, music, trolling motor, etc

FYI the bms is 150a, so this battery will support roughly 2000w discharge which is pretty good

This battery is pretty awesome for the price. But I'd test it to make sure batteries are balanced (Overkill Solar on app stores is good, but don't mess w/ any battery settings b/c you can mess it up). Most batteries they produce are great, but many have reported here defective units that were replaced promptly once reported. You can look at previous deal threads for this battery for a more in depth description on these topics.

Great price! I paired mine with a cheap amazon battery charger and 1500w sine wave inverter. Power went out last week for several hours. I ran the router, TV, firestick and fridge off of this. Woke up and still had 62% battery left after the power came back on(it was out for 6 hours and running all of this)

Is this OOS? I tried to buy 4 for my 48v mower but it said they don't have stock. I was able to checkout with 3.Edit: yea it's sold out. Wonder if they will restock.
You cant hook these up in series at the posts and get larger voltage. They use a BMS which basically power supplies 12.8v to the posts. The posts are not hooked directly to the cells. It would be exceedingly difficult, but you could open up the cases and maybe do it if you are a wiz, but charging will still be 12 volts.

Do they make any self heating batteries? I see they have a unit with low temp but that threshold is 32 degrees. My shed spends at least 3 months in nothing but sub 32 and probably an additional 3 months getting to sub 32 at night.

Is this compatible with solar charging? Charge controllers?

Is anyone using this in a fifth wheel or motorhome RV? Will the standard charger in an RV work to charge it correctly without harming it?

Depends on the charger. Does it have a Lithium setting? If not, it should still work, but it may not charge them optimally and fully which should be done at least every so often for cell balancing.

Consider AGM batteries... LFP doesn't really like the temperature extremes.

I have an ecoflow delta 3. I find differing information online regarding the maximum input wattage the delta 3 can receive form this type of battery. I've read from 100 - 500 watts. Does anyone have experience with this?
I have the EcoFlow River 2 Max and use this battery to expand the capacity. It thinks it's getting charged via solar and for mine, tops out at 190w. The charge wattage will be determined by your maximum solar input for your unit, as it won't take more than it can handle. You need a 10amp xt60i to o-ring pigtail to connect the two, assuming your unit is like mine (using the solar input connector).

Sure. External 12V batteries like this are a great way to expand capacity at a small fraction of the price of the branded extra batteries. They do have a few limitations and aren't quite as plug and play, however.Above, I described the way to charge the Delta from the battery at about 192W, using an O-ring to XT-60i connector. To charge the 12V battery, the simplest way is to use a car battery charger (but preferably one that has an LFP mode). You can get a 12V, 10A battery charger on Amazon for $15-$20. It plugs into a wall outlet, and has alligator clamps to attach to the battery. It is relatively slow but does the job (there are higher amp options that cost more). This CAN technically plug into one of the 120V outlets on the Delta but that is a pretty inefficient way to do it. For my use case, I charge the 12V battery from the wall and keep it mostly charged for emergency backup situations. You can also use the EcoFlow 800W alternator charger (lists at $600 but goes on sale for $200) for much faster charging and recharging of an external battery from the Delta.A third option would be to buy an MPPT solar charge controller and recharge the 12V battery from solar panels. (Or, what I sometimes do, input the solar panels into the Delta then plug the 12V battery charger into the Delta and use solar to recharge the external battery. Will have some inverter loss but it's free solar energy anyway!)
Thanks for sharing this info. I am new to this as well and this very good info and explained well for newbies

Can I connect three in parallel (so I get 12V 5760Wh) and use the same 1000w inverter? I'm trying to find a way to power the fridge for at least 3 days.
Yep shouldn't be an issue. Up to 4x in series I believe

They must've pulled the code that is on the GC page...can't get it to take it now. "The promo code DUNKDEAL was not applied. Please check it was typed correctly, has not expired, and is valid for the items in your cart."

Yes, you can use an O-ring to XT-60i cable (orange) to get about 15A x 12.8V = 192W input into the Delta. I use this exact battery with a Delta 2.
Note that if you have an XT-60 cable (yellow), or the XT-60i does not have the center pin wired to the negative terminal, it will still work, but the Delta will limit input to 8A x 12.8V = 102W.
The Delta input takes a max of 15A or 60V or 500W (can't exceed any of those numbers, but going over the 60V may damage the Delta).
With 12v battery, you're always going to get around 100w into a power station regardless of the power station. Only way to get it higher is to use a booster.
Once you hook up a 24v battery, there is a fluctuation depending on the power station.

$168 matched the lowest price on this 150ah battery 6 months ago.
I bought 6 of these back in Oct but they only had BT and not low temp protection charging.
Tempted to get 2 more to match the 6 I have already.
Maybe use the 8 and turn this to 48v. Mine is 24v right now.
