Is this actually a decent deal or is the $49.99 retail an over inflated price nobody ever paid?
Depends if you plan on using it all. Only thing I would have found useful is the suction pump. Maybe the cream too. But the storage bags and pads would have been useless for me. I preferred to store milk in containers.

It's a good deal if you price out each individual item. I purchased 2 of the silicone pumps for $22 recently.
