Have a question for anyone about the lifetime warranty. Say one just one of the extensions break, etc. Has anyone exchanged just that one, or do you need to bring the whole set back, too? I haven't done any craftsman warranty exchanges since Sears days, and that was painless. I've heard in the past Lowe's being not so painless. Has that changed/improved?

If its sold separately your all set. I had a socket and a screwdriver that was covered under the warranty and I went to CS they told me to get another one and that was it! Out the door...

Was this at Lowe's, was it still within the Return Policy Period? So it's covered by Craftsman Lifetime Warranty, but the Lowe's gave you a replacement?

I should have said this was at Lowes and the screwdriver was a very old screwdriver and I walked out with a shinny new one...
