My boss just dropped this tool on my bench yesterday(coincidentally). I've been using it to to attach rear sights on Tommy Guns, tightening 4 fine thread machine screws per gun all day. I like the telescoping handle, and the ratchet action saves my wrist.

If boss gave this to you to work on Tommy Guns I would think it has to be fairly decent quality

Not sure if it would be better, but have you considered a worx electric screwdriver on a low torque setting? Doesn't seem like the most ideal to use it to put sights on, but I've also never done it all day.

I have a version of this from around 2010ish and it's still my goto tool for PC building, guitar repair, housework, electronics, etc. The bits are still holding up pretty nice too. I probably paid around $30 for mine too but mine has at least 40 bits. $16 seems like a great deal if the quality is still the same.
