I've bought deals like this on Amazon before and it has been last year's candy rebagged without a visible expiration date. I'm not saying that's what this is, but It has happened to me twice now actually.
Edit: This one seems to be direct from Hersheys so it is probably a great deal. The orders I got were clearly third party sellers.
