This is not regular vanilla, tastes like cardboard, if you plan on mixing in smoothies it might be fine but otherwise definitely don't recommend it

Strong disagree. This is one of the best flavors to mix in cold water. When you're in the dog days of dieting this stuff in cold water tastes great.

I feel the same. It can be done plain, but if this is the flavor I have on hand, I always want to mix in some fruit, or some flavored kefir, or something of that nature.

I like this flavor, typically do not enjoy vanilla. However, what I have done recently is add in a 1/2 stick of Zero Sugar Root Beer (A&W or Dad's)...add water and ice and tastes like a root beer float every time I have one.
