I grabbed one of those for myself and a couple more for a neighbor. That was a steal, and I think an error on WM's part. For a short period VIP had these for $32. But this $45 is probably still the best price anywhere on this cord. Next best price i'm aware of is Sam's Club at $60

Got the same (Yellow Jacket 100 ft 12/3 heavy duty outdoor extension cord) for $25 in Sam's Club last month. It was across all their stores (as I remember). Pic attached.

Maybe but the US is the 5th largest producer of copper in the world.

I just saw a quick news program that covered the increase in copper production in Utah so hopefully things will go well.

They have a huge quantity of these and likely marked them down to get them sold quickly. These are likely closeouts from Sam's Club.
