I bought the #1 about 20 years ago, got everyone in the office into them. Nothing was funnier than people buying higher levels and not being able to even move them. $20+ paper weights. I could close the 1 repeatedly without training, I think from my tennis days, but anyone buying those should not start past that unless you are in a trade that requires serious grip strength.

I've had a couple of these (same brand). Nice to have on road trip or office for a bit of grip and forearm strengthening. The variable tension is good. Accessories are kind of a waste. Quality is so-so: one pair busted at 9-12 months (at weak plastic point) but you get the second pair. One pair I had was a bit loud/squeaky, maybe some WD-40 would've helped.

Fair price, though they're generally only a few bucks more. As previously noted, this price is only for PRIME members ("spring deal").

Yep, not high quality. Mine broke after daily use for a few months. Save your money and get a higher quality one.
