You are correct, icon pliers, screwdrivers, and hammers will be 35% off in the spring Black Friday sale. April 7th through 10th for inside track club members, and then through the 14th for everybody. Although my guess is that they will not have a whole lot of stock, and will probably sell out during the ITC members only period, before the general public can purchase them.
If you need these, I would buy them now, then price match/return them once the sale starts and then repurchase at the lower price. That way you're sure to get them.
I purchased a pair of the three-way pliers last week at 25% off, then I saw the sale flyer, so that's what I intend to do.
