Used to have a set of plush Ninja Turtles when I was very small in the 90's they were soo cool! But yeah, these just don't look right.

They had to ruin the classics. A lot of the old cartoons got a new makeover.

Next they'll change Ren and Stimpy to cute creatures. lol

What part of these says "Ninja Turtles" to you? The absence of eyebands? The lack of weapons, or even a dang slice of pizza? These look like what you would win at the county fair that says "Leomardo" on it.

Ignoramus. TMNT have had at least 10 distinct art styles across comics, TV shows, and movies.

I'll let you decide if the "toddler" in the product title (left out here) means the turtles are toddlers or that the plushes are for toddlers but for what it's worth, in the most recent movie (which I believe this show is based on) this is roughly what they looked like when Splinter first took them in.
