only 8 grams of protein so not really a protein source for adults
Instead of processed food, I will recommend to give plain milk + any fruit + a banana to make thick milkshake.
Kids should be kept away from processed foods.
FYI: We give Horizon DHA mile ($5 for half gallon at BJS) or Kirkland A2 milk ($4 for 1/2 gallon) to our son
