Four disposable flashlights for $16. You use these in your nightstand to get around a dark house, junk drawer for a quick bit of light or keep them in each car Brighter than your map light.
If your going to use them to navigate the channel markers on the intercostal or change out your rack and pinion ? Yea the suck.

Looking at the build quality, the lumen output and the size of these cheap flashlights tells me that they are junk. No one would sell quality flashlights for very cheap. But hey, its your money so if you want to waste money buying cheap flashlights, go for it.
