The bottle with the hose attachment is very difficult to use. It's easy to overdose by overlapping the chemicals
Less is best
Even if you just stun the weeds the good grass should choke out the stunted weeds
to late man.. at least we're still red!
Personally, I don't like the hose end stuff. If find it difficult to make sure I'm applying the right amount. For herbicide, id recommend targeted application with a spray bottle or concentrate to mix your own.
Also, the active ingredient in this 2,4 d will damage or kill your grass in hot temps. If you do use it don't apply when temps are 90+

I like this because it helps me just get the job done without fussing about. Yes, it is easy to overlap and over spray. There are some spots of my yard that going heavy is the only way.
