Does not specify which collagen peptide types are included. You want Type I, II, III, V & X collagen peptides in your supplements. Avoid anything that isn't clearly labeled. Typically good ones are derived from fish, eggshell and bovine (commonly bone, but connective tissues, scales, etc). This does at least specify they are bovine peptides which is something. Still a hard pass. Also if you're taken collagen peptides you likely have a genuine need to or want to improve overall health. Know that adding collagen won't do much without the addition of hyaluronic acid (HA) in combination. Your body requires both of these components for the ECM found in the tissues you're trying to improve.
I'd prefer not to give health suggestions but I can tell you I've tried this which is a great option if you don't want to buy the hyaluronic acid separately (unfortunately it comes with Vitamin C as well but since this is water soluble you realistically aren't going to be able to get too much but I'm not your doctor): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NVV1HFT
Here is the same formulation but in a powder which I prefer (used to add it to preworkout): https://www.amazon.com/Multi-Coll...09SZ4NYQK/
This seems like a good source for the full spectrum of collagen you want here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XKWHPML
Here is a reasonable looking source for just HA if you buy just collagen powder and need it separately: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085F2TJGL

I'm not currently taking either because I'm not focused on muscle gain or weight loss at the moment. But it is an excellent idea to consider taking collagen + HA if you plan to lose or gain a lot of weight (be it lose fat or gain muscle) to help reduce stretchmarks. If you're a heavy person you're probably struggling with inflammation which will do a number on your hair, skin and joints and in that case something like this will help as well. Remember to drink plenty of water. Hope you get the results you're looking for no matter what they are. Reminder that this isn't magic but it does typically help. There is no reason you couldn't take these everyday even if you had no plans to change your body. Can't hurt you unless it is in excess. HA is water soluble by the way. It is generally a good idea to know how much of a supplement you are taking and determining if you're exceeding the recommended dosage. Solubility in fat or water can help you determine the risk of your current intake if it exceeds the recommended daily intake.

Erythritol? No thanks. Orgain stopped using it in their protein powder, why leave it in this?

I never understood why these companies never boast about how much protein they give on the front cover of their label. You'd think it's a great way to attract attention.

Probably because the amount in this is rather low at only 9g per scoop (though 19g per serving).

Still in it's protein powder… But is organic erythritol, which I believe makes no
difference….
