The ones sold at Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando are interactive. There are spell spots that are marked with medallions in the ground and if you cast the spell that's on the ground to the window that's in front of you, it will cause objects to move.

Previously in Orlando, they did sell non-interactive wands made by the Nobel Collection, but they don't sell them anymore. They sometimes run deals where if you spend a certain amount of money you get one for free. I can't remember how much those are. The reason I bring this up is currently the interactive wands in Orlando are $65. They just came out with the second generation interactive wands that are $85, but they interact differently with the spell spots and have an app where you can complete quests with.
