I bought this last month when it was front page for $25. Worth every penny. Mid weight canvas material and a decent lining that kept me warm in 30 degree weather. I bought it as a chore coat but it has kind of an urban workwear look so you could wear it as a very causal going out coat. Temp range is about 30 to 50. My costco membership expired so there was a 5% surcharge.

Yes, to the best of my knowledge. The inside sleeves are lined with polyester though. It's the slick material that makes it easier to put on while wearing long sleeves.
I wish it wasn't but understand why.
