I ordered these & got a full box of 9. I think they're good too! Not as sweet as their other bars, but I prefer it that way.

While this isn't high in sugar this comment did make me look at the bars and it's 13g added sugar which is quite a bit when things like quest are low or no sugar, almost ordered on impulse bucause I regularly forget added sugar protein bars exist

It's 14g. DV is 25g for women and I think around 30g for men.

Some products from this company have about 30 or so grams. Like the apple pie bar.

Sugar and carbs play a role in muscle health, so a low sugar might not be the ideal route. But ofc I'm no doctor. Just know that muscles require resources to repair and sustain.
