Ultimately one whole order was cancelled because they didn't carry any sandpaper in-store, and another was cancelled with no indication as to why. But 2 orders went through with 2 items removed, but otherwise I got what I needed.
Evercoat is good quality body filler, not sure about this particular product since I haven't used it, but I plan on using it on less important paint projects, so not worried about the longevity of it.
Both. I placed 2 orders online and they only had a couple of the paint cans I ordered. When I went to pick up the paint, I searched using "clearance" and saw the sandpaper on clearance. Decided going to the store and just searching myself was easier than trying to place a online order. It is also easy to type in the sandpaper item number in the app and it will bring up the clearance price. From what I saw, it was about 80% off though a few items were even discounted more.

It varies, it's 80% of the retail price and the price ranges from $1.50 to $4.50 for the items I bought
Also this has been on clearance for a few weeks and already posted here. Stock is probably low at most stores by now, after so much time on clearance.

I saw mention of the paint, but did not see any mention of the sand paper. In the Atlanta area it went on clearance last week.
