It's good for: smoked meats, rubs, roasts, stews, tomato sauce, homemade mayo, and salad dressing. But even then, it's hard to use it all.

Mashed potatoes. Anything potatoes really. Especially like the Bob Evans pre made in the tub. Butter, onion powder and garlic powder. There's never any leftovers with my family..
