For 2 miles, i'd go with the scooter. It's much more portable and range won't be a problem. The Lectric bike will get you farther and probably be a little more comfortable if you'd rather sit down.

Pretty solid stats. 20mph scooter with dual suspension for $600 by the premium company. Excited to see prices coming down and eventually can get a really solid scooter for under $500.

my guess is that the motors are not large enough to haul a 300lbs person around and not cause early failure. That being said I ordered the f3 for my 6'6 305 lineman for college. Mostly flat terrain.
They are something that people don't want to leave outside because they will get stolen. And people buy them that live in apartments, etc. that don't have an elevator and don't want to drag a heavy bike upstairs and they fold easy so you can carry it with you so people are really worried about the weight. That's why they made the frame out of magnesium alloy. They aren't worried about people weighing 300+ because you probably shouldn't be on anything electric! Get a nice heavy duty pedal bike and work it off. Getting scooter size can be people's goal!

I'm curious if anyone with more knowledge of the technology here can shed light on why after quite a few years of this type of product they're still maxing out weight capacity in the mid-200lb range even for models that don't offer a ton of miles in the first place. I'm 6'3", 220 which
statistically isn't even that "big" (the average adult male weight in the US for all heights is roughly 200lb) but pretty much any model I look at I'm pushing 80% of the max weight capacity, which I assume means I would get nowhere near the advertised max range on this thing. Am I looking at the wrong brands or models, or is this just a natural limitation of the currently available battery technology?
Don't know but I don't think the average is 200 either. I'm sure it can still carry you though. It just might limit it a little?

I just brought a Segway F2 Pro last year, and this one is definitely a very good upgrade to every problem I found on the F2 Pro, better suspension, shorter distance between the bell and the handle, stem folded to the middle instead of slanted. Too bad there's no trade in option for me.

I placed an order with Amazon in early April, but it never arrived. After reaching out to customer service, I was repeatedly directed to fill out a form for a refund rather than receiving a replacement. Since Amazon has already taken my money, the transaction is legally complete, meaning they should be obligated to honor our purchase agreement. However, they refuse to fulfill the original purchase price and terms. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received misleading information and even been hung up on by their representatives.
