These sometimes go on sale under refurbished on Amazon or woot for about half the price. It's super nice.

I just recently bought this model after my toaster oven broke. I am liking everything about it so far except I can't figure out how to cook my son's favorite frozen pizza, Jacks cheese pizza. My old toaster oven I cooked it a little lower than the recommended temperature on convection directly on rack and it came out perfect. I've tried air bake and bake with several different temperatures, on and off the pan, and haven't yet figured out how to get a crispy not burnt crust with the cheese cooked enough. Maybe I'll try toaster setting next? Any advice on the settings for a frozen plain cheese pizza?

I bake it first and then I put 1-2 mins extra on air fry to make it crispy.

not sure if that works for you but I like that way for me.

Put a liner and bake it the first couple of minutes upside down to cook the crust, flip it when it got some color

Mine failed after 13 months. Fan started making funny noise and then error code popped up. I'm handy but couldn't find a way to open the damn thing up and look at the fan. (I found this thread while shopping for a new one. Going for a different model / brand this time).
