It's abs, the lowest grade of luggage plastic. Rockland has all sorts of grades of quality so don't be fooled by this set. This should be $50 like some of the set they had last night.

Never heard of Rockland but like the other poster mentioned, its made from ABS. Not saying it's going to break but more prone compared to polycarbonate. Perhaps the wheels are good though. When you're buying online it's hard to find anything cheaper due to shipping costs. Not cheap to ship these large luggage boxes from China - US - your address. If it was an urgent matter for me I wouldn't mind this deal but I'm going to wait for a polycarbonate set by a reputable brand
