Taking this with a claritan is the only way I can be around cats and dogs, but it messes with my head with brain fog.

You are overdosing on the combo of these two antihistamines. Try adding Flonase instead.

Looks like the 365 count is still cheaper per pill at $13.37 with S&S or $14.07 without.

It appears that all of the larger amounts are cheaper per pill.

Thanks for the tip, but I've tried, flonase by itself, claritan by itself, both help with allergies, but when it comes to animal dander the only combination that has given me reliable relief is the combo of zyrtec and claritan, otherwise I'm a wheezing mess. Yes flonase plus zyrtec, or flonase plus claritan gives me more time, but it doesn't prevent the inevitable airway reaction.

I do my best just to avoid extended contact with animals and animal present environments, but sometimes it's unavoidable.

This is a good deal for a specific use case of someone who only needs a few pills, but otherwise have to agree with others that buying larger quantities is a better deal. For those who want more at a better price but don't want 300+ pills, I recently bought these and they work great, $6.25 for 150 pills (~4.2 cents per pill): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJMM821B. I'm also seeing a coupon for an additional 10% off that will bring it down more.

Every tried levocetirizine dihydrochloride? I had to switch to it because cetirizine stopped working.

Some of us prefer smaller sized bottles solely for seasonal allergies like pollen. 365-count bottles often expire before I could finish.

When I just got on Amazon the 90 tab count bottle is only $5.01. I think you just better off getting that. The stuff works good though I've been on it. It helps

Yup, and some of us take it all year round... I was just pointing out the added cost savings for the higher amounts.

hi. yearlong allergy sufferer checking in.
the regimen that works for me is:
zyrtec - 1 at night daily
flonase - 1 spray each in morning and night
azelastine - 1 spray each before i go to a high allergy area (dogs, horses, dusty)
ketotifen - when activated 2 drops per eye. helps reduce urge to rub eyes

it was a while before me and my doctor figured this out. I dont take the sprays daily but i know my body and if i start getting watery eyes i start the whole nasal regimen. hope this helps.

No worries on doubling up... Won't hurt you a bit. But it probably won't be as good as something else completely. With your wheezing you should see if you can get somebody to prescribe montelukast in addition to this.
