It's good for perennial herbs like mint and chives which would otherwise take over the whole garden.

Got this deal last year to hold a hose. Works great. Holds 75' of one of those 'nylon' flexible hoses no problem (with plenty of capacity to spare) and looks nice. Drilled a few holes in the bottom for drainage. The only issue I have with them is that they fall over when pulling hose out because they're so light but I don't really care. Could throw a brick in the bottom if you wanted I suppose.

Fill them half or 3/4 with all natural mulch (like pine bark) and then put your regular bagged soil or something, you're good to go.

I ordered 2 to qualify for a $2.50 cash back offer I had pending. Free shipping was too good to pass up, even though I do want to get into the store to see what fruit trees/bushes they have in. FYI It's spelled VIGORO, not VIGARO, I see that typo carried over from the 2024 deal posting

I make Self watering pots for my figs. out of these as the holes are NOT drilled out until you do them.
My SWP's last about 5 years before the pots start to fail. By that time it needs a repot anyway.
