- Each Certified Refurbished Steam Deck has been thoroughly tested to the same high standards as our retail units. Every device goes through a complete factory reset, software update, and an extensive examination involving over 100 tests at one of Valve's facilities. Among the tests are all controller inputs, the audio system, the screen, and internals. Battery health is also assessed to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
- All refurbished units meet or even exceed the performance standards of new retail units. Although they may have minor cosmetic blemishes, they provide a reliable, high-quality gaming experience at a lower cost.
- The same one year warranty as a new Steam Deck (unless longer as determined by your country of residence)
- A refurbished power supply - fully tested (may have minor cosmetic marks)
- Carrying case and Quick Start guide

Slower processing
Slower Wi-Fi (much slower, not Wi-Fi 6E)
Shorter battery life
Less impressive display
Just a few more things to think about, in case you think the screen is the only difference between the two models ℹ️
1. Cheapest model easy to upgrade later with either microsd cards (cheap, slower, just clicks right in) or SSDs (just requires a T6 screwdriver and 20 minutes of time).
2. Condition of these is outstanding. Mine's flawless, can't tell any difference from new.
3. OLED is so pretty. Focus on that if you have $100 to spare, else get the lowest storage model and buff it up with a 1TB or 2TB SSD that you install. 2230 is the SSD physical size you need.
4. Nintendo on SteamDeck (it's just Linux after all) works fine. RetroDeck is one almost pre-assembled way to get there; it's not at all difficult if you can google and are patient.
5. Typical ship time is 3-4 days from IL.
Honestly I regret buying non oled and wish I'd waited.

Curious on your last; others have found that not to be the case. Can you comment?
