I've had them for a year and they've been fine. Great deal and not a single issue.

Just know what you are getting into. don't try and do anything stupid and complex. Order a sim and put it in your phone. Don't expect customer service to help with anything.

Currently using it on my work phone. Decent internet speed (Verizon) with iPhone 15. No call drops so far. I think its a better alternative to mint mobile for the price.

When you have problems with your actual service, and customer service refuses to engage, you'll find out soon enough.

Had em for 11 months my only complaint was the first two months every week my phone would stop getting texts and calls, said something about I was texting too much. I live chatted with customer service and they'd fix it. After the two months it stopped happening all together.

Can I use this on an iPad with cell? When I go to setup cellular, the only option is AT&T which is 300/yr. I'd prefer something cheaper like this.

I have only purchased a few times direct from the website where it gave me the option. With Amazon, looks like sim only. They charge $5 to switch to eSIM. Took me an hour of waiting to switch.
