To really save money, get a pump sprayer along with the bulk pesticide chemicals.

Talstar P diluted to 0.5 to 1 fl oz per gallon (keep that ratio if you go lower, eg 0.5 fl oz per 1/2 gallon to keep the 1 fl oz per gallon concentration, etc). You can also add an insect growth regulator in the same pump sprayer (I use Archer IGR at the same dilution as Talstar P). This is great for outdoor spraying.

If you need to spray indoor, get Transport Mikron Insecticide since Talstar P may leave a very thin whiteish film. Transport Mikron does not do this due to the formulation to be used indoors. The dilution for Transport is 1.25 oz per gallon. You can also add IGR to this.

Both these are pet safe as soon as it's dried. Make sure you wear long sleeves and pants, goggles, and gloves.

Highly recommend against these big box store pesticides. Do a bit of research, get a pump sprayer, and the appropriate chemicals in bulk. Spray regularly based on the label and you will have no issues with bugs. Plenty of amazing resources on YouTube for this.

This is designed for use as a ground barrier around doors, etc. Works well for that, but doubt it will do much for mosquitos.

The most crucial step is to ensure that the pesticide has fully dried before allowing pets back into the treated area, typically dries within 1-2 hours for routine applications

Do you have a suggestion on what YouTube videos to start with? Any favorites (that actually work to repel bugs) for you?

Honestly twice I've used this brand. Once was when I tried a weed killer and it was garbage compared to the other brand. Then I tried hornet and wasp killer and again garbage. This time the aerosol was underpowered with both cans compared to the others and it barely killed the wasps when directly hit. The price points always get me! What if it's a great deal and works great ! Nope not these two times. I tried hopefully will save someone else the hassle
