I'm not sure this is a "hot deal" at list price. It may be a good time to buy if you think tariffs might drive car prices higher and/or EV tax credits might go away. The new design looks a little nicer. I think the Model Y ranks #2 only slightly behind the Model 3 Performance Edition in terms of the most American Made vehicle according to the Kogod School of Business ranking.

Wow they cut price by 10K!
It's because they aren't forcing you to get the $8K full self driving update and the tow hitch that's mandatory on the Launch edition.

Tesla threads are my favorite on this website.

So many downvotes. Never a legitimate reason given.

Yeah right. Tesla is not mainly a car company, it's a small part of their vision. They are going to be 10x bigger in 3 years. Save this post and wait and see. Their AI system, Optimus & cybercab will launch them above and beyond just like spacex.

LMAO... I heard the same thing 5 years ago.. agreed, it will be around, but stop dreaming that it will be 10x...

You do not merge (force to buy) your other companies into existing ones if they are doing well, I do not see SpaceX being merged into Tesla...

Tesla cars are poorly made, expensive to maintain, and have a terrible resale value. Thumbs down from me.

Poorly made? Expensive to maintain? There is literally nearly zero maintenance. No oil changes, no transmission fluid maintenance, no going to dirty gas station pumps.
