I think this is an error by costco. It won't let me add this to the cart. Also, the link just takes you to costco.com due to the error.
If you search for "california pizza kitchen" on costco.com and click on the gift card that shows up, it will just redirect you to costco.com. If you try to add the gift cards to your cart it says error.
If you got in on this while the error exists, that's great!

I had a similar problem with a different item one day and was able to check out using incognito. Another user had issues with a Costco LEGO deal recently & using a different browser worked. Maybe one of those will work for you. Good luck!
