Not horrible but a ton of l theanine (calming) and using citrulline malate so slightly underdosed there.

I used to get the same effect from 1 scoop of their old formula. Now it takes the full 2 scoop dose to get the same effect, and this stuff is expensive. So I bought the ingredients, started mixing my own pre workout, & haven't looked back.

Where do you get your ingredients? I like the concept at bulksupplements.com but have read horror stories of actual dosages when tested.
