If you mark up something by 20%, and then discount it 20%, you actually save 4%.
$199 seems a bit high for a used vacuum, in my opinion. If I could get it at $150 shipped, I would bite. In fact, when I find some free time, perhaps I can find a way to get that $150 price through various cashback and coupon shenanigans. I'm pretty sure that $170 after cashback is doable if you make an effort.
Overall, I consider robot vacuums disposable products that last only a few years due to their high failure rate, so I try to spend no more than $150. I haven't had one last more than two years—the wheel motors always die on me. Still, this deal is pretty tempting, as it has the bells and whistles I want at a reasonable price.
