What!? I was born in '81 and I remember the smell of being bathed in this soap as a kid by my mom! Best smell ever!

Soap dries out skin and leaves white film where ever used. This was a great product till it was reformulated maybe 10 years ago (?) due to regulation of removing the antibacterial ingredient. I had used it almost 20 yrs prior to that. I miss it. I now use Dettol soap bar, specifically the ones sold in Britain. Costs a lot to have it shipped by Amazon UK to US but well worth it.

Dial gold was the soap that I grew up with. It doesn't seem to work as well as it used to?

Later on, I discovered the green dial and preferred that scent much more!
