They've been around and were responsible for most of the refurb skull candy deals, posted a bit less as of late, but that goes with most bluetooth stuff now.
The sesh are a bit big but the sound is good especially for the price, and in my expeirence the quality is good, over about 10 pairs I've only had to send one back.
ANC is also nice and the battery should be 6 hours with it on, really can't complain about it at $16~ a pair. Much better sound than the jib trues, and the better battery life makes them better than the indy anc fuels.
Look into the speaker gill to see if you can see the speaker, if it passes that then its probably good.
and don't bother with tile, it just eats phone battery for no reason.
