It's the delivery option that you have to tip for. Basically those orders require someone to go shopping for you at your local Walmart and bring it to your house (sort of like a Uber / Door Dash).
Interesting thing is some shipping orders end up still being brought to your house via a delivery person in a car anyway, but you don't have to tip for those. They are considered regular shipping.
I will not ever take advantage of this deal again.

I did the same offer sometime last year when it was offered.
I just set a reminder and cancelled about 2 weeks prior to the auto renewal. It gave me till the end of that last month and then just automatically downgraded back to the standard W+ provided free plan.
Although, just noted in the details that the offer is not valid if one joined in the last 30 days. That's me, so guess I won't get it.
Edit: Well ended up getting the $5 scan and the $10 bonus anyway, even though I just joined a couple weeks ago.
