It's the delivery option that you have to tip for. Basically those orders require someone to go shopping for you at your local Walmart and bring it to your house (sort of like a Uber / Door Dash).
Interesting thing is some shipping orders end up still being brought to your house via a delivery person in a car anyway, but you don't have to tip for those. They are considered regular shipping.
I will not ever take advantage of this deal again.

Not at all impressed with Walmart+ week, as I originally thought , not worth the hassle.
The $10 cash posted instantly when I did my second offer (Paramount+).
Today I got a notification that it posted. That was a pleasant surprise.
