We have one and after a month of twice or so daily use the plastic became very brittle that holds the center tree section attached to the base, becomes stressed when you're moving/removing the quarter racks up at the top.
It does wash well with the tablets, even the colic bottle pieces. It is a bit loud, but not having to wash those little green pieces of you position them strategically makes life a lot easier.
The plastic ring that supports the tree basically disintegrated after about 3 months though.
Have had zero response from manufacturer.
*update did get a response from the MFG and being provided a replacement item, directly from Grownsy, was also nice to get a contact through the after-sales team through slickdeals as well

Could you share the contact info? I'm experiencing the same issue. But then again, after another month it'll be broken again right?

my wife just emailed their warranty and they sent a new one, took about a week-week and a half.
I'm guessing after another month it'll get brittle and break as well, I'll be more cognizant to measure the spacer piece prior to it disintegrating so I can 3D print, or make myself a brass one in the future.
I actually preferred having the tree being removable b/c then I could load it outside the glass cylinder and then drop it in.
